Before scheduling an appointment, read the information below to ensure you are ready to pick up your property.

PERSONAL PROPERTY REDEMPTIONS

  1. Property can only be released to the Signer or Cosigner.
  2. Must have a photo ID.
  3. Must have the proper money at time of pickup in Cash or certified funds (Certified Check or Money Order).  We do not accept Credit Cards.
  4. If a third party wants to pick up the property we require either a power of attorney, a notarized letter w/copy of ID giving expressed permission to 3rd party to pick up personal property or authorization from the client/lienholder.

VEHICLE REDEMPTIONS

  1. Only the Signer or Cosigner can redeem the vehicle.
  2. Customer must have a photo ID.
  3. Must have the proper money at time of pickup in Cash or certified funds (Certified Check or Money Order).  We do not accept Credit Cards.
  4. Our company must have a release from the client.
  5. If a 3rd party is picking up the vehicle, their name must be on the release from the lienholder.

Attention Transporters: Transport Requests are required to be entered into the scheduler by 4:00PM on the business day prior to the requested date. All requests entered after 4:00PM will be the next day.

Bill of Landing (BOL) is required to be uploaded at the time appointment is requested.
